The technician who came to give me an estimate went above and beyond to get information for me and sat with me and explained what I needed to do to request the water main vault from the City as well as the costs of that despite it not being a part of his bid for the work. He also told me which City office site was the best to go to and really took his time. Thanks Ken

He was able to arrive early and was very efficient in getting the work taken care of.

We had a bad holding tank for our well. They fixed it well below other quotes we had gotten. They also explained what else was happening with the plumbing (which was leaking) coming from the holding tank to the house. Repaired that within a few hours. We then had water.

Exceptional service! Price was a little over my budget but once itemized, I understood what I was paying for. Ken was very knowledgeable and thorough about what he was doing. Showed up on time and took exactly the time he estimated. Very professional, clean cut technician. Cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

Ken and Tim were right on time. I had a very slow moving bathroom sink drain. Ken snaked the drain, adjusted my stopper, and, without my asking, gave me much better water pressure than i had had, by removing something which had cut the pressure. I thought it couldn't be fixed but now i have very good water pressure and am so satisfied. They were polite, clean in their work, and personable. My only issue is the price seemed slightly high but i have just moved back to the area and must realize things are more expensive in a more urban area. They did give me an estimate before doing the work so that was helpful! I would use them again for sure.

Recently we had Fuller Services unclog and replace a drain line from the barn. Will and his team corrected the slope of the drain trench and installed the correct pipe. The company responded promptly to our request for service and did a great job. I will use this company for all future plumbing needs and strongly recommend them to others
