I hired Douglas to regrade the back yard so water would not come into out basement, they did the project and on the contract it said that all work is guaranteed and they did all kinds of work for us, when it rains I have water sitting in low pockets and our basement still gets wet and he keeps stiff arming me and tells me were on his schedule and never gives me a date, this has been going on for awhile and I still have not got the problems resolved

When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! He is a real landscape architect and knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Doug Fullerton was extremely responsive, friendly , easy to work with and very accommodating. The crew that built the pergola were true craftsmen. They certainly paid a lot of attention to the details and made sure the end product was not only structurally sound but also aesthetically pleasing. We couldn't be happier with the finished product as well as with the experience we had with Fullerton Landscape Architects.

We had a 12x24 patio installed behind our townhouse. The job came out even better than we envisioned it! The worksite was always clean and tidy, with little disturbance to my neighbors. They worked swiftly and make my backyard into the oasis I was hoping for!
