Company was hired to replace roof. Answered calls when work was being done. After work was done shingles started falling off. Damage was placed on a storm that came through the area not too long after the finish date. Had a new contractor come out to assess damage. Shingles were installed with 2 nails not 4 per installation. Correct shingles were not used at transitions. Ect ect. Now more shingles are coming off. Tried to contact several times. No answer or response. Stay away from this contractor.

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
I am rating them according to what they did for us. I do not know how what various skills they might have overall. For us we needed 3 doors installed with 6 9/16 door jambs.2 slabs without frames and one with a standard 4 9/16 jamb (refine). From the point of talking/showing the product to install it was about or over 2 weeks. The bought the generic extender kits which. they had to sand entirely because we wanted to stain. We assumed they knew how to build these jambs and as one piece. The jambs were two pieces on the top, sides and even the threshold. One black against metal for the threshold. We were told we needed brick molding for metal exterior however we did not which was removed by our builder to properly install the metal siding and J-channel. Screws for hingers were picking through on interior framing and sloppy on some doors. Our front door has two loose pieces of wood simply siding at the bottom of each side. If i could provide pictures or videos here I would. We paid them in full but are not happy or satisfied with the final products.

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
These folks are absolute ripoff artist!!! The quality of work is atrocious. We ordered black thresholds and they showed up and installed silver. When questioned he sent me links to order new black ones then charges me for the wrong ones. Then intimidated my wife into writing a check for their losing horrible service before I coiluld get home and inspect the lousy work they did. The brick molding they installed came off after one day. Do not use unless you want to be ripped off

"The customer was notified that we couldn't get black thresholds locally. We were told it needed to be done ASAP so metal could be wrapped. The customer was made aware of what could be done and what couldn't be done. The customer said, "we're easy." Was even told price would be reduced, to make him happy. His wife walked through and was shown what had been and how it had been done. She was even told we'd reduce the price, and she said no. We charge $400 to install exterior doors and $150 to fabricate door frames and jambs. We didn't charge any different than any other jobs we've done and have never received a bad review from any customer we've - Steven Fullington"
