Mike was very friendly, but more importantly he was thorough. He was able to take a video of the crawl space which allowed us to see the areas of issue he described. Additionally, I was impressed at how he sat down with us and explained everything thing he had found during our home inspection. I now feel like I have a clear idea of the projects we have ahead of us in our home purchase. Thanks, Mike!

He is great with tenants and building a tenant relationship. He doesn't sub the work out to other companies and I have never had a problem with him.
