Mold & Toxic Material Test
Yes, I recommend this pro
He gave me step by step procedures to help me. But, I am still sick & the City Inspectors of Maryland Heights MO. have lied to me & cut me off. This is a very high rent district, and they are fighting me tooth& nail. I feel hopeless, but it has no reflection on how I would rate the Men who have tried to help me. Thank You, Janice Woodson

She was clean and thorough and polite. When my husband asked a bunch of questions about what she was doing or why- she readily explained- and in a language he could understand.

Just my opinion: If a client is a homeowner trying to sell their home and mold is found, leave the potential causes of this mold out of the report...It raises eyebrows and leads to speculation. Focus on the mold found and the health risks and leave the potential source of the mold to the remediation plan and building inspector. My potential buyer dropped the contract because of a statement in the report that the mold could have been from cellulose. The buyer thought this meant wood floor or wall studs, but this could have just as easily been toilet paper residue from a sewer backup 50 years ago, or newpapers that have been sitting in the moist corner for the last 20 years. Let the buyer research the source of the issue if they want that information, but focus instead on the mold itself and let the seller provide a mold remediation plan to assure the buyer that the problem will be addressed. I certainly can see why you'd put the potential source of the issue in the report if it's for a perspective buyer, but this wasn't the case here. I was pleased very much with the professionalism and the turn-around time and will not hesitate to recommend Fungus-A-Mungus in the future.
