Originally established in 1977, AAA Wicks which is now known as Furnace Doctors has been serving homeowners in the Twin Cities by providing the highest quality furnace and air conditioner service, repair, maintenance and replacements. We also do duct cleaning so we know how the complete air delivery system works to provide you with the best comfort possible. We cover the entire Twin Cities with personal care and you will talk with the owner if you have questions. We hire veterans and make sure you are receiving the best care every time.

Great customer service. We had a leak in the main water line and they were there within 2 hours. The plumber provided a couple of estimates for the repairs and they came with a truck full of parts. They charge "by the book" rates, so it was expensive but for Saturday service I won't complain.

Karl was on time! He did a wonderful job. When I set up the appointment I listed a couple of items that needed to be repaired. Once he arrived, I asked him about additional items & he was very flexible & helpful. He tackled all of the items. He was very knowledgeable. I will DEFINATELY use AAA Wicks again!!

When the come out the make sure everything is done well. If something else is wrong and they can fix it but it's going to cost you more than it should they refer you to some one who can do it for less.

I called on a Saturday to get the home I bought de-winterized which is when the bank disconnects the plumbing to make sure that the pipes won't freeze. My wife had scheduled time with her mother to clean it and I did not realize that it had no running water until that morning. Wicks came out within hours and did not charged me half of what the other plumbers were quoting me. I will be sure to use them again.
