my only complaint was prob my fault...i didnt like the way the fabric was placed on one cushion...i should have specified how i wanted the pattern to lie...but did not..otherwise great value and beautiful work..again...this was my issue...not everyone is as OCD as i am..

He charged a service fee of $95 to come to my house and evaluate a sofa for repair. He told me up front before making the trip he would charge me for the call.

Jacob Cooksey performed quality work over and above my expectations. The price was very fair, and I am very happy. He repaired my recliner, whose springs had broken and had other issues. Looked like a new chair when he finished.

I was truly impressed at the beginning of the project. Jacob picked up the chair on a Sunday with a promise of 2-3 weeks. After that, I never heard from him. I had to make the follow up and he was never quite sure who I was or which piece of furniture was mine. The quality of the work was excellent. The chair looks beautiful and the stripes in the fabric match perfectly. I have to say I was a little worried given the lack of follow up but will consider using Jacob again - just know now what to expect in follow up.

I had a sewing machine cabinet refinished & they did a great job. It was done in the time frame I was promised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of furniture refinished.

Jacob was very prompt, considerate and very respectful of my needs and what I needed done. He stayed in touch with me and called in plenty of time as to stick to the time I asked him to be here to pick up my furniture and bring it back. He did a wonderful job and I am very pleased!! I would call him again in the future. The only thing I did ask of him was to please cover my furniture with plastic, and he did ! He is a very respectful man and wants to please his customer to the fullest extent!! He goes out of his way to please his customer!!! I recommend him 100% !!!

Very happy with the outcome of the refinish job on a 27 year old oak entertainment center. Large, heavy. Changed from pickled finish to distressed dark cherry finish. Great!

MY PROJECT WAS VERY SMALL (RE-COVERING A CHAIR SEAT) BUT MR. COOKSEY ARRIVED QUICKLY AND FINISHED THE WORK PROMPTLY. THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE AND SAVED ME FROM BUYING A NEW CHAIR.

The man is pleasant. He said he would have the chair in one week, it was two. No problem I just wish he had said two to start. The workmanship was adequate not superior.
