My project is specific and complex. It requires a craftsman, rather than just a "repair person." Therefore, we are still in the process of completing my project and it is not yet fair for me to complete a rating when they have not yet delivered the end result. Based on my initial experience of them coming out and assessing the project, Furniture Medic was responsive, timely, and completely understood the structure and craftsmanship necessary to complete this project. I was delighted with the level of service I received and look forward to the completion of the project. At this point, I give them the highest rating available.

One of my dogs had chewed the corner of a dresser drawer. I had tried to repair it my self with wood putty, but that really made it worse.
