The repair person stated he would call before he came to our house and he did. We told him it was okay if he came earlier then his scheduled appointment and he was an hour early. He was quick to evaluate, explain, and repair the furniture. We are very happy with the service we received.

Ramon was very courteous and professional. He faxed me an estimate beforehand and charged me the same cost upon completion of the job. He was friendly and on-time, and the job was done exactly as expected. I would recommend him to other people who have furniture repair needs, and I will keep his business card in case I ever need to hire the Furniture Medic again.

Ramon came out to my house the same day I called him. He looked at my furniture and then placed a call to someone who could give him a quote t give to me. He told me I'd have my furniture the following week and that he would call me the day before it would be delivered to make arrangements. The quote was reasonable and I told him to go ahead and perform the work that he explained to me. Within the time frame discussed, I had my furniture returned. His company did a wonderful job on my furniture. I am 100% satisfied with The Furniture Medic. Ramon was prompt and courteous -- very nice man. I would recommend Ramon to everyone.

I am extremely happy with the work and Furniture Medic was very easy to work with and very professional.

Our dog chewed the corner of a coffee table that belonged to a friend who let us use some furniture while we were in temporary housing. Ramon, from Furniture Medic did an excellent job repairing this coffee table as well as some scratches on the wood arm of the couch. I would definitely recommend his services and will be happy to call him again if need be.

Fast and good

He was very good and did some good repairs, but hasn't gotten back to us about another board for our computer desk as ours is warped. It just may take him a while though so we understand

They did a great job. They do really good work. They showed up on time. They were not the cheapest but do excellent work. I am very pleased with their work.
