The sofa I purchased a few months had some buttons that fell off. The company I purchased the sofa from hired furniture medic at no cost. Dave Maxwell runs Furniture Medic in Western New York. He personally came by and fixed our sofa. His care and attention to detail was very high. Dave is based out of Jamestown, but came all the way up to downtown Buffalo to fix up my sofa. Although I did not pay for the service as it was covered by the store I bought the sofa from. I would have no problem hiring Dave again. Excellent work and a very nice guy!

The man I talked to was vey nice, helpful and professional, but due to health problems in my family I have been unable to use his service. I'm sure I will though.
