Rodrick came out to my house to view the couch and said he would order the dye to repair it. He has never called or returned my phone calls to set up an appointment to repair the sofa and it has been over a month since I first contacted him.

Very prompt. Price was fair. Thus far furniture repair is holding up well. Very satisfied.

Furniture Smith did an excellent job in reparing my furniture. The representative was prompt and courteous. He made the repair quickly, without making a mess. You cannot tell my furniture was ever damaged! I will definitely use this service again and recommend them to my friends.

Furniture Smith did not show for the first appt so we had to reschedule. I was upset in that he did not call to say he wasn't coming the second time. After he showed, he did a great job.

We were in need of having our Executive Leather chairs repaired. I researched on line to find several local furnioture repair companies in order to get several price estimates. After maiking several phone calls Rodrick at Furniture Smith was the first to contact me. He came out the same day and gave me a resonable estimate. He returned the next business day and not did such a good job on the chairs we asked about that we also included a few other chairs that needed some attention. Overall Rodrick was dependable, friendly, resonably priced and he is a skilled craftsman. We would certainly use him again and recommend him to others. Thanks Rod.

Phenomenal service. Very professional, and very nice to work with! Fixed reclining leather chair and even reinforced springs to prevent further issues resulting from 2 toddlers using chair as a trampoline! Bottom Line: Excellent service, very affordable.
