We hired Seth to install tile in our kitchen floor. The tile was specially made for us and Seth assured us that the floor would be perfect. Seth was given specific written instructions for laying the tile from the manufacturer. After the tile was laid, we noticed cracking all throughout the tile and grout. In addition, the grout in multiple areas was discolored. When Seth could not remedy the problem, we got the manufacturer involved. We ended up pulling up a piece of the tile and saw that that a layer of thin set was never laid between the subfloor and the layer of ProvaFlex underlayment. If the tile had been properly installed, there would be thinset mortar on both the underside of the ProvaFlex and on the subfloor surface. Because the underlayment was not correctly installed, the entire floor shifts, causing extensive cracking throughout the entire floor. The only remedy is to pull up and replace the entire floor. After numerous attempts to get Seth to remedy the situation all went unanswered, we were forced to file a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will most likely have to file a civil lawsuit. After over four months, our floor is still a disaster. I would not hire this company again and want others to know what they are in for!

I think this is an outstanding company. The call back, estimate & work itself were all done very timely. After seeing our project, the contractor understood exactly what needed done, how to do it, & seemed truly invested in our needs. To be honest, my dealings with Furrow Home Solutions couldn't have been better, & I will keep their number to call them again when needed.

I was very satisfied with the service.

We had a number of purposes for wanting a fence including (1) to contain the dog, (2) to contain the children, and (3) to keep others out (a big problem as we've had a number of people cutting through and hanging out in our yard at all hours of the day. I was told the gates could lock from either the inside or the outside, but I can only figure out how to add locks on the outside of our gates. That causes great concern as (1) I don't want the locks externally visible and (2) more importantly is creates a dangerous situation in the event of a fire. The back gate, the dog (a lab) can push on the gate at the bottom and escape. Having the fence installed too quite a quite of time. We were initially told he was scheduling two weeks out. He dug the holes for the fence posts in the first week. He then left open holes with no markings for over a week (and we had beautiful weather). We then sat with just fence posts for over two weeks before I e-mailed him. The worst part was just not knowing when he would show up again, but it was very concerning having open holes in my yard for that long -- especially since part of the problem was having people in my yard. Also, he cut part of my neighbors fence in order to build my fence. I'm a tad nervous to find out how that neighbor will react and is not how I would have handled the situation. Overall I'm happy with the fence, but I feel like the issues could have easily been avoided and I would be much happier with the fence.

He called on a Thursday evening to say he would be here Friday morning between 9-9:30. He didn't call and never showed. I left 2 messages on his vm and never got a call. Got someone else to fix problem.

Mr. Furrow was professional and polite, and he gave attention to details. He was patient in addressing our request. My wife and I will request his business for other projects.

I hired Furrow Home Solutions for multiple projects around my house. Seth helped me choose a great backsplash and built perfect shelving for my bathroom. He kept me informed throughout all the projects. I always knew when he coming and what time. Prices were very reasonable. A+ job, will definitely recommend.

I have had the most outstanding experience with Seth and Andrea Furrow. I hired Furrow Home Solutions to instal Christmas outdoor lights. Seth came to my home when I was available in the evening after work. He provided the best suggestions and the price was perfect. After I hired him for the lights. I spoke with him and Andrea at Home Solutions about repairing my garage door. Seth assessed what needed to be repaired and less than 2 days I had Beautiful Christmas lights on my house and a fixed garage door. Thank you Furrow Home Solutions.

Seth was very knowledgable, Friendly, always returned calls immediately. Did research on what worked. This is the second job we hired him for. So impressed with first job that we had to have him back. His next project for us will major bathroom upgrade.
