He found the problem with our water heater immediately, got the water heater going in minutes. Could not completely finish the job because it took an electrician to correct the electrical hook up. Quality, sharp, but too expensive for the work performed, $259.

Although a little late arriving, Jose was friendly and courteous. He looked over my plumbing issues and was able to solve them with a few adjustments. I would recommend him.

We were scheduled for 9-10 AM repairman didn't arrive until 1:30. His time could have been better.

They were great! Very personable and professional. Our hot water tank went out today. After a bit of research, we ended up getting one online at Lowe's and having Fuse pick it up and install the same afternoon. They hauled off our old tank, too. Cost for Fuse to install and haul off the old one (plus the cost of the tank purchased at Lowe's): $450 plus charges for hoses, valves, etc. Ended up around $650 to install and haul the old one away. Well worth it.

Fuse was exceptional in their customer service and did exactly what I asked for. They installed an extention to my gas pipe, removed the electric range and installed the gas range in a professional manner.

The repairman disattached the hot water intake from my heater and reattached it to the line out. For that he charged $125 His connection leaked. I'd aske him to attach the pipe in the back, completely disengaging the water heater. He told me the charge for that would be $300. On top of everything his connection leaked.

Guy did a great job setting up my dishwasher. However he was 2 hours late to my appointment and very hard to understand over the phone.

They were a little late, had to call them to make sure they were coming.
