job was not completed by the owner Adrian but another subcontractor as marked by the Van . I paid by credit card ( alway do ) and had to call Adrian to run my credit card.

Company name was not on the VAN, I was quoted one price and when the TECH got here he told me it would be more. They did not move the furniture unless I helped or did it myself and they refused to move a small bed in a room. the Tech tired to sell me more services for cash under the table like cleaning my couch.When I paid them they took my cash and told if I wanted a receipt I would have to contact there boss. I have sent several request and got NO reply. I finally received a invoice on Oct 15th. This is a very shady company and would not recommend anyone letting them in there home.

"we don't have locals in our van we have magnets it was on the van and we don't move furnitures cuz we don't want to be liable to break it or mess it up we don't know the condition of your carpet until we get there and we give you a price for the basic cleaning and then if you wanted to do additional deep cleaning that's up to you to pay for it and we did a good job you tipped us that should have been more stars by appreciate your comments"
