Pablo and Danielle Duque, long time residents of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, began Fusion Carpet Care in February of 2004 and in January 2008 they incorporated and became Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. They decided in the very beginning that Fusion’s focus would be customer service, and of course, along with customer service comes quality cleaning. With hard work, an educated staff, fair practices, and appreciation for loyal customers, the company has more than quadrupled in size since 2004 and is now a major provider of cleaning services across Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton counties. Fusion CRS is a certified firm in all areas of cleaning from carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery/furniture cleaning, and water damage restoration. Serving both residential and commercial clients and establishing personal relationships of trust and service has been a rewarding experience.

We have owned our condo, in Miramar Beach, for about 10 years. I THINK I, initially, hired Fusion from online reviews. It was a pure stroke of luck, I suppose. They were wonderful and I have hired them several times over the years. This last time, they cleaned my carpet, ceramic tile, upholstery and duct work. As always, they were prompt, courteous, honest and helpful. My hubby is a real stickler for detail. We would not hesitate to recommend Fusion to anyone who has similar cleaning needs.

Fusion cleaned carpets after a move. I thought the carpets would probably need to be replaced. I was amazed at how clean and vibrant the carpets looked after the work was completed. They worked us in very quickly. Great service. Great work. I highly recommend them.

I am an owner/landlord of multiples rental units in the FWB, Shalimar and DFS areas. I hired Fusion cleaning to steam clean my rental unit at Cutter Lane, Shalimar. A Cleaning Tech by the name of Carlos was dispatched to give me an estimate and the recommended process and type of cleaning required to give me the best results. Carlos in his most professional presentation and in-depth analysis of the different options available to clean the pet smell and stain areas of the carpet. I was rather impressed from the get-go how knowledgeable, technical Carlos was about the job at hand and at the same time spoke to me in a laymans level to understand the many options to resolve my carpet cleaning. Because and as a result of his explanations on options, I decided then immediately that Carlos is the right Tech and company to hire for the job. Long story short here: Carlos did the job with maximum effort to near perfection, in my judgment, attacking the job with patient and attention to detail throughout. I was amazingly happy with his job performance and more: professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous. My wife and I jointly agreed that Carlos and Fusion Team in the future will always do all our rental units cleaning..period! Thanks Team Fusion.

Working with Fusion Cleaning was very professional and they did an excellent job. Carlos explained everything before the treatment was started. Our furniture looks like new!! I will call them again when I need more services! They are a #10!!

I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I was really impressed with the knowledge of Tony. He did not get in a hurry and explained everything to me. They vacuumed the carpet first and then cleaned very well .I had some pretty dirty steps and they look fabulous now! I would definitely Use them again.

Tony Moran was very professional, explained what he was going to do, showed me the video of the clogged dryer vent, and then completed the job quickly. He then showed me the video of the clean vent pipe and cleaned up the area where he was working!

Carpet and Upholstery were cleaned by two different individuals, on two different days...First, the upholstery on a sofa having multiple pillows and a companion chair...Then after "Tony" did such a great job on them, we decided to have this company clean the carpet and stairs within our home...This was provided by, "Ray." Both men did a wonderful job, as their work ethic was exemplary.
