He was very professional, and knowledgeable about his material, he also suggested multiple choices about the material he would use. It was a pleasant experience overall.

We are more than pleased with the job Steve did on our hardwood floors. He came to our rescue after the contractor we hired to install new flooring completely botched the finishing due to a complete lack of communication. Steve was the only person I could find that uses penetrating oil as a finish instead of polyurethane and the result is phenomenal! Steve not only fixed the terrible job the previous contractor did on our new flooring but he also color matched our existing flooring to the new floor just perfectly. He also redid our step down into the family room after the first guy totally ruined it and flawlessly patched the hole where a 1950s floor furnace once was. Steve was very professional and understood exactly how we wanted our floors to look when others had no clue. I would recommend Fusion Flooring without hesitation to anyone looking to redo their hardwood flooring.

I have a 98 year old home and Steve was the only guy willing to put in the sweat and hard work to save the floors. He gave me a low medium and high option that allowed me to pick the right approach for my budget. When I went into this project I thought they would just polyurethane over my damaged floors but instead I have a beautiful Hardwood that looks amazing. Steve is extremely knowledgeable about all the facets of wood flooring. He worked what seemed like non-stop and really took the time to educate us about our floors. They turned out amazing.
