Hands down one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Great communication and extremely personable, very fair pricing, and transparent and honest about the work needed. John and his assistant located the leak quickly, got it fixed up in no time, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They went above and beyond to take care of a few other things for me - even brought up my trash bins from the curb before they left! Not to mention it was 115 degrees and our house doesn't have AC, but they handled it like champs. They have a new customer for life. Thank you both so much!

The pro took photos and said he would get back to me after he contacted the company. He does not answer my calls any longer. I then contacted the company on my own and they gave me information to easily fix the problem, in about 5 minutes.

You know how we are all leery of calling a Plumber! Not Dave! He is Professional, Punctual, & Expeditious! And a very nice Guy!! Just moved into a house that previous owners did DIY projects (incorrectly!) Dave took out a leaking, rusted disposal & put in a new one & also had to replumb under the sink (the piping was all wrong!) Fusion Plumbing was referred to me by Home Advisor. I called David but our connection was not good. He texted me and then called when he was where he had a better signal. I requested he install a garbage disposal in what was to be a top mount sink but it turned out to be an under mount sink so David stated he needed to wait 24 hours before installing the garbage disposal. He was flexible in his availability and was here right on time. Not only did he install the garbage disposal but he also installed the faucet in the new sink. I was impressed and pleased with David and his sidekicks professional and friendly attitude. So glad I hired Fusion Plumbing. Thank you.

David Perez called responded to my request quickly. Not only did he fix the leaky pipe I called him about he agreed to fix two other plumbing problems we had. He didn t overcharge us and he was done with all three problems in about 90 minutes. Fusion Plumming is now my guy.
