"Carol, I am so sorry you felt our customer service wasn't to your standards. Our company is designed to be a more personalized service. We provide one person per home. Once that person has completed your initial cleaning and if you would of chose to continue service with us on a regular basis the same lady would return for your recurring cleanings. We have designed our company so that way you will become familiar with the person coming to your home and that person learns the way you like your home. Rather than sending different people each time and then not being able to provide consistency. When Isaura called me and asked for additional help, I couldn't guarantee that anyone would be available, as everyone else was already assigned to their own homes for the day. I never told her that I wouldn't send anyone else. In fact, I instructed her to call another lady that should have been almost if not finished with her own job. Which Isaura did call Claudia and Claudia came right over. I am pleased to hear that the ladies did a fantastic job on your home."

There were no specific instructions on where to leave all the access trash. If there were a community dumpster we would have dumped it there.
