We used them for bedbugs in an RV. Do not waste your time. Spending an extra $300. For a mattress cover since you can buy one for less than $100. They were supposed to spray twice, but the second time they only sprayed the bedroom because the tech said she could not spray the living room that soon after the first time. She was great and honest. The office is clueless. Said I had my last visit even though they only sprayed one room.

They did a good job, but they were late and the dispatch took a while to get in touch with the technician.

Revived a call in a timely fashion. Explained the process and was able to get someone out the same day

The contract process was super easy. Initial treatment was thorough and performed sooner rather than later. The contract covers free callbacks, and I did have to have them back before my second treatment was due because I saw a few live insects. They retreated right away. Employees have all been very personable and efficient.

The crew was nice knowledgeable and professional did a great job

Went well but they give the technicians up to an hour after your appointment time to arrive so you may be waiting there for an hour for them to come.
