Terrible service! Had more cobwebs and spiders days later! Stated they would come back to retreat. NEVER SHOWED! Called customer service and then they were rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. RIP OFF!!!

Futures came through when I really needed them. I had an infestation problem caused by the previous occupant of my home that urgently needed to be addressed. It makes a difference when you get a company like this -- locally owned and operated as well as family owned and operated. They are easier to get hold of and far more responsive. One thing that has always stood out with me is they call the day before, to give a reminder they will be coming --. Attention to detail makes the difference.

We retained Future Services for regularly scheduled treatment of our lawn. So far we have used them for 3 treatments and have been satisfied. Same tech does service the lawn- only thing I requested is to post the sign in the yard to let us and our neighbors know it has been treated (they did it the first time and the two subsequent times there has been no sign after treatment) and to put the treatment invoice under the door mat instead of hanging on the door since we had an issue with it blowing off and no sign in yard indicating treatment thinking our yard was not treated. But, overall, they are affordable and thus far seem to be doing good.

I scheduled a service through someone and they told me a certain day. A week after that day I had tried contacting to find out why I did not get the service on time and they finally got back to me a week and a half later and then it didn't work out. I presumed to cancel but the individual never got back to me. I called the office and found out there was a $100 cancellation fee. The price was not listed on contract. I then found out the three treatment plan the guy promised me was actually a year agreement and was going to cost a lot more than he originally promised me. Now I have lost money and nothing to show for it.
