Tech was very professional and competent. He presented himself well and was efficient completing the repair. The receptionist (Mona Lisa) also handled the appointmrnt very well. She informed me of the information that would be required and took care of all arrangements. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Jason Foulds has been outstanding. He has had to return a couple of times to get everything that we needed. He has to travel 1 1/2 hours to get to us and he has been prompt and in constant communication with us to update us when the equipment comes in and comes out to fix our situation. Thank you
