started off doing good job. It took longer than the two days quoted, ending up taking five days! Towards the end the job was rushed and the grout haze was left on there. We were told it would clear if we washed it ourselves. This should have been finished off by the tile company. It has taken us two weeks to get the mess cleared up. This was despite asking for them to come back and clean up, which they never replied to us about.

I would absolutely recommend Fuzzy Side Up to anyone. We had storm damage and needed our pad replaced and carpet put back down which involved quite a bit of work. Jay did such a great job that it looked better than it had before the storm. He did quality work and cleaned up after he finished the job. I would definately use Fuzzy Side Up again if I ever needed that type of service again.
