Justin stopped by after the recent storms and offered a free roof inspection, so I figured it couldn’t hurt. He was respectful of my time, answered every question I had, and even showed me pictures of my roof while explaining what I was looking at. Luckily there wasn’t any major damage, and he was upfront about that instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That honesty goes a long way.

I’ll admit I was hesitant when I spoke with Justin at first because I usually don’t entertain contractors who I don’t personally know, but he was respectful, didn’t pressure me, and simply explained what he was offering. After the inspection, he showed me photos from the roof and took the time to explain everything. Whether you end up needing repairs or not, it’s worth having someone this thorough take a look.

Justin Thomas came out and found some issues with my family's roof that they didn't even know about. His communication and knowledge was not only professional but transparent and helpful. He took time to explain things to us and it meant a lot. Not too high and not too low on prices. Highly recommended 100 percent!
