He was absolutely fabulous!!! Did a really thorough job and gave me a lot of really helpful information about the condition of the house that we are purchasing. I would strongly recommend this company!

Mr. Grimm seemed very through with his inspection, pointed out a few things while he was there. He was very courteous and respectful. My only con was his final report, It seemed very vague in his findings & descriptions, and the form was hard to follow. More information regarding what was going on in the pictures would of been more helpful. When discussing the issues found with my realtor, their version and my version on how the pages were viewed were different. (i.e. items, pictures, etc. were showing up on different pages) which made it very hard to discuss over the phone.
