Gary built a 24â x24â room addition to my home. He is a very seasoned and skilled craftsman. His attention to detail is displayed in his perfectionist personality. Minor modifications were easily accommodated during the building process. Garyâ s communication and interpersonal skills are superb! He is warm, engaging, and well humored. Daily updates are his norm. Gary stayed on point with time and expenses. His work is neat and efficient. His work ethic and timeliness is outstanding. Frequently, Gary brought his gregarious assistant, James, when 4 hands were needed. For 2 construction guys, their social manners and politeness are impressive. I enjoyed watching Garyâ s problem solving skills during adverse construction events, always achieving the perfect solution. Our room is now finished. It is beautiful! For 4 months, I keep expressing the word â perfectâ ! Gary has relandscaped the yard and brought gravel for the driveway. I have never before felt: â it has been a pleasure experiencing a construction projectâ . I also feel like I have a new friend in Gary Brand!

Gary is great. He built a mud room and a pantry, and remodeled my bathroom. He was very easy to work with and accommodated my requested changes to the project easily. The quality of his work is excellent and he has a good eye for detail. He always showed up when he said he would, worked steadily on the project until it was done, and let us know if he needed to change the schedule. His work was very neat, and we had very little disturbance to the rest of our home. The cost of the project was fair and reasonable, and I already have ideas for additional work I would like Gary to complete. I am so happy with everything he did. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to have work done in their home.

Gary and his crew aren’t quite done with our porch conversion into an all season room, but we could not be happier with them. They are professional, punctual, neat, and attentive to every detail. Gary is great to work with and very responsive and helpful. Would not hesitate to hire him again for any future projects.

Gary was very attentive to detail. He listened carefully to what I wanted done, helped me with details I was not sure of and did a great job of bringing it all together. He built a new screened porch for us as well as replaced an exisitng deck.

Contractor provided estimates for work, performed work on time, and cleaned up after work. I am very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this person.

Gary remodeled 3 bathrooms (almost finished). He has always been on time, has done excellent work, is very conscientious. I would hire him again for any home improvement jobs I need done.

Love my new deck! Turned out great! Could not ask for a better contractor. Both him and his helper were friendly and hard workers, They were timely, explained a lot of things and worked patiently with the system of inspections, etc. We would definitely recommend him.
