"As a reputable foundation repair contractor with an A+ BBB rating, we offer a complete line of products and services to our customers. Our representatives strive to present the pros and cons of each product for the consumer's consideration. We present a written estimate and are available to answer any questions the consumer may have prior to their acceptance of the contract and the commencement of the work. There is no remedy for a consumer who claims to have read the agreement before signing it and then refuses to pay what was agreed after the work has been completed. It is as if one where to buy a Chevrolet, drive it home, stop payment on the check and demand a refund because it was not a Cadillac. We offered to attend mediation, however, the consumer refused as he has refused to pay the balance owed us and now wishes to damage our reputation as well. He bought a good product from an excellent company with an exceptional warranty at a fair price and should pay the outstanding balance due so that he can enjoy the protections offered by the contract and warranty.
