    I can't overstate the quality of the work these folks did. We had our unfinished attic converted to living space, and the space had a lot of funky angles and old framing. G.A. Doughty's team did an incredible job making it work, including a half-bath! We're very pleased with the result. Everyone at G.A., the project manager, office staff, and all the subcontractors were very polite and fun to work with. Everyone who came to the house was very friendly. The only issue we had was that for a few months during the middle of the project, things seemed to stall out for about 6-8 weeks. I think they were having some availability issues with subcontractors and were overloaded from other projects.

    many promises made many promises not kept do not trust this company with your money project time went more than double estimate contract signed but not honored terrible example of contractors. Many problems with work done wrong materials ordered

    Professional staff. Steadily working, minimal noise and/or disruption to daily activities. They answered all questions and addressed any issue, no matter how small, with the project. My new front porch is just what I wanted. Quality work! I hope to hire them again in the future.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
