Gal showed up. Didnâ t have the parts. We specifically told him to contact us. We sent him the info on the 2 blinds to be installed even. They had bar codes on them. Make. Model. Serial. Exact info. He shows up. No parts. Couldnâ t install them. He drove 2 hrs ( 1 each way) and didnâ t bring the flipping parts. So he ordered them. And that was back in Nov of 2023. Itâ s now Feb of 2024. And no contact. And we paid in full. Sounds like a small claims case now. Pitiful service
