Very disrespectful to your property, he came and got into my tub with his dirty boots when I asked if he could remove them, he told me that this is what he works in and he is unable to do so, does not clean up behind himself after each job also damaged my sliding door screen kicked it and forgot it was closed and stated that he could not fix it did not pay for it or offered to do so I will not recommend this plumber at all. The job he was supposed to do was fix a leaking faucet in my tub which still leaks to this day.

I called Sulli who was very responsive and got my job scheduled and completed on short notice in a rental apartment. Sulli was patient and explained a two visit process to assess and replace an old water heater with a new one, but I had already determined the old unit was faulted and due for replacement. He was flexible and quite willing to adapt to my working situation. I spec'd out a new unit and ordered it online and he picked it up from the home improvement store and took care of the rest of the job in one visit. I appreciated that. It seemed more efficient for everyone involved.

Sulli was professional and respectful throughout the process. Went out of his way to expeditiously complete the project. Fair pricing, transparency in cost of the project, and quality workmanship were greatly appreciated. Definitely hiring him again for any future plumbing work.
