Garcer Roofing and Construction, LLC

We just lost touch and he never returned messages.

Great experience all around. Iâ d recommend to anyone.

I hired this company to put new fiber cement siding on my house. The project was initially expected to take two weeks. It ended up taking a couple extra days. This was understandable to my wife and I as there were a few days of constant rain, plus it was our preference that we would rather a project of this magnitude take a few extra days and be done correctly rather than try to speed up the process just to meet a deadline and potentially have shotty work. Jose who is the face of the company was great to work with. If he wasnâ  t on the actual site working he always stopped by at the end of the day to give us a chance to talk and see how things were going. My wife and I felt bad as we felt like we were changing things on him ever day. For example we couldnâ  t decide if we wanted to have trim around the windows. At first we said yes, then we said no, then we went back and asked for trim on select windows. After all the product was ordered, we we wanted to add what I think is called a â  belly bandâ  and he was quick to get that done. These are just a few examples of Joseâ  s communication traits during the project. I also wanted to point out Juan who was the main man at our house. I honestly donâ  t know if he took a day off during the whole project. He was great and very professional when talking with, dedicated worker to his job, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. If I were Jose I would definitely try to keep him. Anyways I am trying to think of items to speak to if it were me again going through reviews when trying to select a contractor to do a job like this. Garcer Roofing and Construction was awesome from start to finish, they tore off all the old siding, and gave me a few free sheets of plywood to replace anything rotten. They then weather wrapped the entire house and used the capped staples to hold in place. They then installed all the Hardie trim with the appropriate flashings. Installed the siding that was perfectly straight. They also customized an area that was under my eaves but over my patio cover to close that off for me. They then caulked the whole house installed light fixtures back on and cleaned up! I would honestly recommend this company to my friends and family. They were honest people doing honest work. I definitely foresee them doing future projects on my home like my roof when the time comes. I am just glad I used this home advisor site or I might of never found them.

They did a good job, worked very hard and changed a very good price.
