"In response to much appreciated Criticism. First of all I want to thank you for your point of view sir. I will take these and all remarks in a positive way to better lead my business. I would also like to address these comments as follows; 1) What was discussed as the project was one room yes, fix prior work done wrongfully by someone else. 2) When work was started he decided to add more work to what was discussed in the first place. Three more bedrooms and a boiler closet room patch on wall and ceiling. In the process of all this it was then discussed to not do the three other bedrooms after all. At this point price goes up automatically. The deal then was to just finish the one original bedroom and boiler closet patch work. The price then was set at $450.00. Mr. Berg then wanted to bargain on my price to a lower price of 400.00. Which he then had no luck in doing so. I was firm on my $450.00 for my work performed. 3) My tardiness on second day was because I had to go purchase extra materials to complete the extra work requested by customer. 4) As for the help I don't tolerate employees that show up to work without their essential tools and hungover. If I have to fire an employee on the spot I have no problem in doing so. 5) A word of advice to all customers and Pro's never start a job without a contract which includes details of work to be performed and up-charges of extra work requested. 6) Overall nothing is free in this world, therefore both parties should be reasonably understanding of the overall outcome. At $450.00 Mr. Berg got a bargain. Thank you !"
