GB Construction was hired to build a deck extension onto my existing deck. Unfortunately, we were not able to obtain a building permit from the city of Lexington, KY because of a ridiculous 50 foot buffer zone that the deck would have had to extend across in my backyard. This put an abrupt end to the project of which GB Construction had already spent a great deal of time moving forward on the project. They were extremely pleasant to work with during the process and kindly reimbursed my down payment. I will not hesitate at all to re-hire them if I ever need their services in the future for another project. It is refreshing to know that there are still honest people in the world.
