i was given 3 choices by home advisor...Jeff was the 1st and quickest to contact me back...talked me thru all options...came to house in record time...assessed what i had and needed....installed 2 days later...system is working fabulously...these guys are great...even did a follow=up call a couple days later....highly reccomend them!!! very happy customer

Glenn Barder and Jeff Shadle arrived on time and performed the install as advertised. Pleasant and patient to explain how the unit worked. So far no issues. Would gladly recommend to others. Price was within norm, considering there was added labor involved with the backwash tubing, given the location of the unit, as compared to others that came in rather high.

Jeff worked with me to alleviate my problems.

Made appointment with him and he was there right on time. Tested the water so he knew what I was talking about and then told me what I would need to correct the problem and how much it would cost. He also said I should contact the original company to see if they would honor any of their work.

We had our water tested and received a recommendation for a water system. I contacted a plumber to get an estimate on the job, three weeks later we finally received his estimate. My wife and I were frustrated not only of the time it took but also the cost of the job. I went on home advisor at 6pm figuring we would get a call the next day. Within 1 hour we received a call from a Jeff and an apology that he did not call back sooner. He gave us a quote over the phone and even offered to come the next day. He was very accommodating to our schedule was polite and professional. We had another issue that wasn't releated to the work they did and he came right out and helped fix it. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

These guys were great! They were professional and personable. After the installation they went over how everything works and answered my questions. Monday, I had a system that didn't work. Friday I had everything installed, up and running! I definitely feel I could call them with any questions. I would call them again when I need them without hesitation.

They knew that they were doing concerning the installation of the tank to control the acid and alkalinity . They explain how to set up the time and how to replace the battery. They explained everything that we asked in a real understanding way. I was very pleased with their service. It was less than a week after we agreed to have them do the work that the tank was installed. I had some questions before the installation so I called Jeff who answer what concerns that I had.

I hired these guys to install a system to eliminate the rotten egg smell in the water. They came when they said they would & completed the job in about 1 hour. The smell is gone. When I called them about a different water problem a few weeks later they called someone who promptly fixed the problem
