We called GBFix based on their reviews to repair our washer. George answered right away and came out the same day to fix it. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had a solution. He did have to leave and come back with the part that we needed but he kept us informed of his timing via text. He was quick, very efficient, and cleaned up the work area nicely. He also explained the issue clearly as well as provided tips for maintaining the longevity of a washer. I would definitely hire him again for appliance issues!

George F did a great job diagnosing an issue with my 2yr old Samsung dryer. Unfortunately the dryers motor was a dud from the factory which explains why it continued to get louder and louder over continued use and then began rattling pretty badly. I knew it was time to get it checked and repaired. George was, friendly, courteous, explained in detail the issues and even showed where the problem was coming from. Though he didn't predict it would be the motor, he reassured me he could be back the next morning with the part. This was great because I assumed it would need to be ordered and would take several days. He got it back up and running quickly. Would highly recommend George at GBFix!

He booked me for 7:30am visit the very next morning, carefully diagnosed the problem, and helped me with a balanced pro/con decision process of repair vs. replace. He had to search multiple sources to find the repair part in stock and once it arrived, he showed up within hours to make the repair. His diagnostic fee is fair and his repair price also seemed very reasonable given the specialty part and the hours of labor spent. His expertise and honesty and excellent communication made him one of the best service people I’ve ever hired.
