Salesman actually came to my house to give a quote, most from other companies just didn't show up. He was very thorough in explaining what he had and helping me with my decision. The crew were on time, very friendly, helpful with explaining the equipment and cleaned up completely before leaving. The price was very reasonable!! So I would say overall I could not have asked for a better company. God knows exactly what we should have and when we should have it.

Hired them to remove a water heater solar panel and reinstall it after a new roof was installed. They came out with just my wife there and took the panel off. They then informed her they would not put it back up They quoted an 8000.00 plus replacement. I would never have had them do the work on that basis. When they would finally return my calls, a secretary?? Reading from a script it appeared had all kinds of excuses. None valid. I wouldnâ t hire them for anythingâ ever Total rip off

FNS was contracted to remove the DHW panel for a new roof to be installed. Once the technicians were on site they found there were no safety valves on the tank and this was a free-flow system which is obsolete. The technicians had to manually blow into the feedline to get the panel to drain in order to be able to remove the panel. The technician explained all of this to the homeowner on site and advised the panel could not be reinstalled therefore provided the homeowner with an estimate for replacement. This estimate included an 80/40 DHW System with a 4x10 AET Collector Panel, an 80 Gallon American Tank, a Goldline Control, and new copper lines in the attic. The homeowner was only obligated to provide payment for the removal and no obligation stands with the system replacement quote. The homeowner hot water panel was removed as contracted; nothing was discarded, and all property removed, remains on the homeowner premises.

*****RAVE***** Huge thank you to Ryan from Fun In The Sun solar. He came out fixed our leak and reconnected our solar control panel. Now our solar will turn on and off on its own. Something our pool maintenance company couldn't figure out. Great communication and quick to come out. Didn't break the bank was a plus too....

My solar water heater had a leak. He knew right away what to do. They could not fix it on the spot because there was no part. However, they called the next day to set up a new appointment. It took 2 weeks, but it was fixed. I appreciate how helpful they were.
