They were professional and the complete job is amazing!!!

Took a few tries to get the correct piece of glass from there contract company. The actual work itself was good. Although it took 3-4 weeks to get a job completed that should have maybe taken 3 days tops.

I finally hired this company in September 2018. At first the lady was very nice by phone and the measure was done quickly. When I noticed after installation that shower door glass is hitting the tile around the tub the employee came fast and put the plastic part on tile so the impact on the glass is not so strong. Later I noticed that the metal part of the shower door is dented and strange piece of plastic is coming out blocking the closure of the door. Besides is the hole between left side of the door and water is coming out after using handheld shower head. I sent e-mail to the company almost two weeks ago and no any response. I think that measure of the shower enclosure was not properly done. I hired this company because good reviews of customers. Looks I did not have any luck with them.

Since my issue was simple, he (company) didn't charge me anything (surprisingly).

I had a great experience with GC Glass from start to finish. One of the panes of our sliding glass door was broken (weed-eater accident) and we thought we would have to replace the entire unit. Greg came out for a free estimate and said our unit was in great condition and we could save money by just replacing the glass. Thank you! He emailed us a quote within 24 hours and we decided to go with them. (We also had Home Depot come out but they charged us to measure and their customer service was terrible). Cindy at GC Glass was very nice and called me sooner than expected to set up the appointment to have the glass replaced. Dylan (?) came out and very expertly replaced the insulated glass and also fixed a dent in the other window frame. All this was done within 3 days!! I highly recommend GC Glass. Great customer service.

The work and service was excellent.

Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The price for replacing my broken window was much lower than expected and the technicians were prompt and efficient. They also took the time to explain that the glass which had been been replaced was half the thickness it should have been. I took this as an indication of their pride in their own product and service. I also plan on buying a glass shower enclosure soon and I will definitely hire GC Glass for that job as well.

I had to have the glass replaced in a window in my rental home. I was surprised at how expensive the glass itself was. During the install, it was noted that a part on the window was not working properly and needed to be replaced. While the part itself was not expensive, it would require an additional service call as the technician did not have the part on his truck. The technician removed the part, took it back to his truck and got it working for me instead. I was thankful he took the time to work on the part and save me the additional service call fee. They were on time, professional, courteous and the work was quickly and well done.
