Giovanni Cortez took advantage of my kindness and generosity. He asked me for additional money (on top of my 50% deposit) as a favor , and then when I cancelled my project he did not refund my money. It's been over 4 months, and by our contract he owes me $4,425. However, with his lack of work ethic (he had 3 no calls, no show during our kitchen project) and leaving my house incomplete (he ruined the butcher block countertops he installed, left my wall unfinished, and I had to pay someone to fix his electrical mistakes), he should really pay me whole refund of $7,000. Two days after I posted my original review he contacted me and made a payment arrangement if I took down my review, and I held up my end of the contract and he did not. After 2 months of no payments he asked for more time, and said he would send a new contract for us to sign and never did. He ignores my communication and only reaches out when it benefits him. He is untrustworthy, unreliable, and I do NOT recommend working with him. He refused to work with a 3rd party mediator through BBB, or myself. He owes me $15,000 and gave me $100 and stopped all communication.

Its been months and all 3 of my projects are not even started. Excuses, excuses, excuses. They dumped nails and trash in my yard putting my dogs in danger. I asked them to clean it multiple times and they didnt. Use my yard as a bathroom. I asked them to remove the debris that they left in my front yard and they still have not done that. Customer service: Giovanni will answer your calls most of the time and try to convince you but then does not follow through on his word. I will not hire them again.

They worked very fast and efficient. They immediately corrected anything I wasn’t satisfied with. Several of my neighbors have stopped and asked about the company and I have recommended them. The owner was on the job site every day they worked. If I had questions or concerns he always answered his phone or called right back. He also would text. They installed hardie board siding, soffit, facia and guttering. I am very satisfied and highly recommend GC Hybrid Energy Soutions Co.

Absolutely grate service quality of work. Their personnel was very respectful and considerate. I cannot say enough of this company and their employees.

We were very pleased with the job they did on our house. They were here on time and cleaned up after the job was done. Received complements from our neighbors on how nice the house looks. The workers were very professional the best we ever had. Would highly recommend Giovanny owner of GC Hybrid Energy Solutions.Co.

We write this letter with expression of our gratitude of a professional painting of our house, pool deck, two patio decks and installation of new front door performed by GC Hybrid Energy Solutions, Co., Giovanny Cortes, owner. His staff was obviously trained in professional ethics by keeping the customer vision and very cordial interaction. They started the project on Monday, May 10th and completed May 13th. All the work done at our home was beyond expectations and the timeliness of completing the project was as promised. We will highly recommend his company to our friends, family and neighbors.

We were very pleased with overall job. Even our neighbors were impressed. Any problems we had were addressed in a very professional manner by Giovanni, the owner of GC Hybrid Energy Solutions. The only complaint I have is that the project took longer than anticipated.
