I have been waiting for my cursive letters for my address to be put back up and painted since they were knocked off by this company 11/12/21 and today it is 12/08/21.

360 did not complete the job after being paid in full. Gerry sent two painters to paint my entire 3300sq ft home and garage in one week. When it became apparent that that could not happen, the painters rushed to get the house completed in 2 weeks...not cleaning up after themselves and leaving areas unfinished. At first, I was holding back some cash, but Gerry promised that if I gave him his money in full, he would come personally to complete the painting if he could not get anyone else. He did not get painters back here, did not come himself, did not even call or text. Rather he took my money and now I was stuck with a less than satisfactory job. At one point, he told me that he also has a cleaning company associated with 360 and would send 2 girls over to clean after the painters left piles of plaster dust all over the house. He never made one attempt to schedule them. This was a paint job that cost well over $10000. I am disappointed in the owners attitude after I paid him in full; I am sorry that the actual painters did not work with a full crew and had to rush to complete this job. There are other more honest businesses to hire. If I had to choose a painter again, it would definitely not be 360.

Lack of communication between everyone and the workers seemed to rush to finish the job causing things to not be done cleanly/accurately or completely.

360 painting charged a fair price and I am pleased with the work. The crew was on time, professional, and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future.
