Told us for 2 days he would be coming and never showed until the 3rd day. That was the second time he had to come out and repair it again. I had to pay upfront for parts and labor. Lost all my food in my refrigerator.just all-around bad experience.

Duane ripped me off. He charged over $400 to repair my freezer and broke the hinge so I cannot open my freezer now. He promised to come back and fix it and now he won t return my calls or texts. He s a scammer! He showed up 5 hours late, too. Do not hire this business!
