Mr. Gakos should not be hired to do something more complicated than putting a few nails. We hired him to install recessed lights in our basement. The way they did it just ridiculous. The holes were twice as large as needed so the lamps don t stay put, they made holes not on a line they were supposed to be. As for the tiles, first they bought tiles before asking me if I m OK with them - they were not matching the tiles already in the basement. Then they installed tiles in such a way that they are tilted differently, have different gaps and height. Dimitrios would not even talk about fixing the problems- he says he already paid his subcontractor and he does not do work himself. I have invited other contractors and they told that it would cost $6100 just to repair damage Mr. Gakos team causes. At the moment I m still trying to get GD Construction to either fix damages or give some refund, but Mr. Gakos ignores my emails. He has since provided partial refund.

They were very professional, completed the job on time and were reasonably priced.

This company offered very good work for a reasonable price. Not only did they repair a dry wall but they also put in some kitchen tile as well as place a piece of metal sheeting next to an induction range. Overall very nice work for the money.
