Richard Gray is polite, honest, kind, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and professional who works in Redlands and in Inland Empire.( previously worked in LA) He gives a window of arrival and sticks to it. He texted me when he was close to arrival. We had several plumbing in issues recently at our house, a leaking hose, two broken faucets, two clogged sinks, a broken toilet( needed replacement), and a broken shower. Richard is fair and honest with prices and gives options. He explained things as he went along as I knew nothing about plumbing which I really appreciated it. At times, he needed to go to Home Depot for parts. His wife ( a pharmacist) is an amazing partner in his business. She sent me links of Home Depot for faucets, toilets and shower sets of different styles, qualities and prices. Besides being a plumber, Richard is a kind and compassionate human being which I think it is important to mention. I have no doubts in my mind to highly recommend him to anyone.

I called two other plumbers, they both told me it would hours before they could come out. I called GD plumbing, Richard said he could make in about an hour. He came out and after a look see, cleared the trouble in about twenty mins. Neat clean , price was right.

G D Plumbing is a jewel in the plumbing haystack of deception! Richard Gray (owner) and Ed his assistant replaced a kitchen faucet for me. At an affordable price. They did not try to deceive me into doing more stuff that didn't need to be done like Rescue Rooter tried to do. Rescue Rooter's plumber said they would have to dig into the wall and it would be hard to find a faucet that could be fitted to the wall. That was nonsense as Richard proved. It was a simple project and did not cost me an arm and a leg! I will be using G D Plumbing from now on. They got 30 years experience and they are honest.

Owner/operator arrived at job site on time (a few minutes early). Was experienced and completed work in a timely manner. The contracted work was a sewer inspection. He took time to explain the process and inspection video.

GD Plumbing, Inc., was most helpful in resolving the issues with this appliance. The original company (SEARS) was to install the appliance - DID NOT - left it in my kitchen because of some ventilation concerns. However, it could have been handled very differently. It was totally unprofessional and showed no regard for me as a customer...........

Richard from GD Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet a few hours after I began my search on on Home Advisor. Same day service on a Saturday! Wow. His fee was competitive too.

I was very much impressed with the fact that Richard Gray was extremely professional, personable and explained what the problem was as he worked on it. Tested it out several times to make sure that the problem had been fixed to my satisfaction and his. I had to call on him after another company came and did not do anything to actually fix the problem and left without doing anything, and charged me a very large amount of money for a simple matter of adjusting a small part on a sink stopper that had come lose. When I went to use the sink, it was as if it hadn't been seen or worked on by the previous company. You can bet that in the future, this company will be the one I will call for any plumbing problem I may have. They are highly recommended.
