The service and punctuality was very good, but I don't think it is right to ask for a tip & of 10% or 20% after the job is done. But this is Vegas so I guess everyone has their hand out.

It was great! I received a fair price for replacing my broken spring over the phone. J T arrived and was great. His movement was reminiscent of a professional skater, fluid and with purpose in every step. The replacement was performed quickly and looks and works great. I highly recommend their service.
