Wolfmaster Fence Builders

Not only did Wolfmaster not fulfill my contract, Derek (aka Gary) did not call me or return my calls as to WHY. I also had asked for a refund of my deposit if he was not going to do the work. The contract was signed 10/7/2022 and as of this date 01/06/2023, this company has still not contacted me. As to WHY they did not fulfill the contract or refund me my money. Thus I contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out disturbing information. Wolfmaster was operating under Tiberwolf Fencing name before and had scammed an elderly lady the same way he is doing me. The BBB did not accredit him., He was shut down by the government as well as the company he had me to write my check to (which was strange - instead of the fencing company name). It appears this man is targeting the people he wants to scam.- especially elderly women like me - and then blackmailing them to change their bad rating they give his company before he will refund their money. This is FRAUD. Do not hire this man if you are a woman.....This man is now operating under the name Wolfmaster (was Timberwolf) and apparently is using this site t to target his victims - especially if you are a woman!

Derrick and his team came in and fixed a big mess the other fence contractor had made. They did the job quickly and used great products. I love my new fence.

At the start, things were actually quite good: solid communication, punctual site visit, good set of examples to use as benchmarks for customization options during the bidding process. However, the minute that we signed a work contract and gave a down-payment everything changed. Aside from getting a general overview of next steps during the site visit, we had no idea what was going with our job and had to actually chase down the owner to get statuses: 1. While a project process step was communicated to us that the city would be called to mark before digging (a safe and absolutely necessary step), we weren't notified when the city was actually called - rather, someone showed up walking around the property one day while we were at work and set off our security alarm 2. The aforementioned marking of the lot wasn't in any way planned to align with the actual dates of the fencing project - the fencing company called in the land marking step so far in advance that we had to mow the lawn and go and personally buy colored chalks to remark the areas - a hassle we paid specifically to not have to manage 3.

This was a wonderful experience! Once the contract was signed our fence was done in a week. We had 450 feet of fencing and are thrilled with the result. We now have privacy for our back yard oasis. Derek was great and kept us informed all along the way. Highly recommend!
