Mold service wasn't completed per the proposal (antimicrobial fogging of the house). Worst part about this experience is that my property was damaged. Augustin stated he and his team would move a desk near the area they decided needed treatment. I volunteered myself multiple times to help move the desk and was told they could handle it. Long story short, they left after not completing the job and I later come to find out that my desk keyboard tray was broken with the screws on the floor and the table legs were also destroyed. They left the table legs in to prop up the table and never notified me of the property damage. When my desk tipped over, I came to find out what happened and went back to my Ring indoor camera which confirmed they had damaged the table . I would not do business with them and I would definitely not recommend anyone to use their service(s). Ray was another member of this team that showed up to the house to give me a quote on the drywall construction which he later decided that the quote he originally gave me had to change for whatever reason he thought. After finding out about the damaged desk, Ray reached out and informed me to get a quote for the desk repair which I did and when I reached out to both him and Augustin regarding the quote, I never heard back from them. I'm assuming customer service is not their priority and they're in business to make a quick buck. I question their character and this companies integrity. It's a shame GE Designs & Construction, Inc. would ghost their customer when it comes to reimbursement for property damage they caused. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. There are a number of mold/restoration companies and construction companies that wouldn't mind the business. This is a logical review of the customer service provided by GE Designs & Construction, Inc. I initially trusted Augustin and Ray with the project and even considered them for future projects but not anymore. Subpar quality of service.

They were very kind, understanding, and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and situation. They were also fast and efficient. Their prices could not be beat and were far below their competitors which is remarkable with how great of a job they did. If you need any of the services they provide I highly recommend them. This is now my go to spot for any of these needs.

Customer service was excellent! Very pleasant to work with and reasonably priced.

The issue was discovered during construction. And they continued with project and now the issue has escalated and now Im back at square one

Augustine(owner) is honest, Very knowledgeable and practical about solutions. He does not over charge or recommend anything that is truly not necessary. He had a lot of experience in the field to handle a variety of situations. Highly recommend!

This company was knowledgeable about my mold issue in the bathroom, exactly why it was happening, they completely cleared it up and taught me how to maintain a mold free environment, I was so happy how professional they were and so happy with the job they did .
