Affordable prices Donâ t keep their promises Didnâ t complete the job Added Sealer to stamp concrete 4 days later sealer started to peel off. Contacted GEM. The guy came out about 2 weeks later and added sealer removal to remove the bad sealer. He used a water hose to help to remove the sealer that didnâ t work as much. He promise to come back and remove the sealer with a pressure washer that didnâ t happen. I ended up using my personal pressure washer and bought sealer removal out of pocket and took hours at a time on my off days to remove the sealer. I contacted him and ask him could he refund some of my money back for the bad sealer since I used my own money to remove it. He contacted me back about 3 days later and said he can refund me 30%. He asked for my zelle or cashapp information I gave it to him. Itâ s been 2 weeks no refund no reply. But now I have lost some of the red coloring Because of the pressure washer and sealer. I have to spend more money to hand paint it with concrete stain and sealer which will cost me about $100 or more Communication with him â Sucksâ I paid $1800 for the removal of old concrete to stamp concrete another $280 for â sealerâ that didnâ t work. I have lost the red dye that I paid extra $300 for.

Without hesitation, I will recommend GEM for any concrete work, large or small. After years of placing different size gravel on a rather long driveway, GEM helped to alleviate a major issue of concern - repeatedly replacing washed-out gravel or sunken gravel that sank in the ground by force of weighted vehicles driving over the gravel. Now, my family and I can comfortably drive into or exit our home with style and ease of a smooth concrete driveway.
