I replaced old asphalt with a new design concrete driveway, one with rectangular shapes frames with turf. Extremely professional service. Very affordable. License and insured, the manager, Mr. Quintero, knows how to navigate HOAâ s, and Dade County building permit departments. He took care of everything. He was punctual and on schedule. Never missed a call, a text, or email. Definitely would recommend and hire again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We had a stamped concrete patio done by General Concrete Services. They finished in one day. They returned the next morning to seal the concrete. While the slab appeared dry, and hardened, there is still a lot of moisture in the concrete. It appears the oil-based sealer displaced the moisture and created an appearance of water spots. (I have since been told it should have been allowed to dry for a few days to a week). Also, probably because there was no ground preparation done, there are two low spots where standing water puddles, one being right outside the main sliding glass door exit to the backyard. After it rains, we must let our dogs in and out through a puddle of standing water. Also, again because of lack of ground prep, they cut a relief line across the slab to â keep it from crackingâ they said. You can see where the saw blade ran off the line and was re-cut. It looks terrible. Roberto Cazan initially said he could fix the sealer spots, but never set up a time to do it. After that initial conversation he refuses to address our concerns and will not answer his phone.

I am very pleased with my new backyard patio porch! They worked quickly and efficiently! I would recommend their services!

He let concrete get into my clean out pipe and had to get that repaired ASAP. Doesn't want to pay the $$ he owes me for the damages. Also, he gashed to asphalt in front of my home and will not repair. I have called numerous times and doesn't answer. DO NOT USE!

I hire the company to install square concrete in my back yard. This company performed the project, in time, with an acceptable quality, and they were the most affordable company I found between various estimates I had. However, the design for the square concrete in the back yard was not the best and the fact they mess the wood fence with concrete and some part of the floor were also mess with the rubber they use to glue the artificial grass, donâ t let me give 5 starts, they are not detail-oriented in their work.
