Mr fredy Guzman recently came to our home and replaced a circuit board that I gave Mr Ever all the information about and told him exactly what was wrong. Mr Fredy miss wired the thermostat and blew a 90$ thermostat because he went by color code not the way it was wired . Now they say they will not come back because we have an old thermostat

(US MILITARY RETIRED COMBAT SOLDIER COMMENT) This is a friendly family-owned business that is trained well and works well together, they put a Goodman air conditioner in my side yard and a heating unit in my attic all in 8 hours, very expedient, and knowledgeable, they were very professional, respectful, and friendly the entire time they were doing the work, the pricing is extremely reasonable, we talked and laughed during the day while they were working and they were able to inform me of their progress throughout the very helpful day, this is a great company and I would recommend them in every way, thank you so much for installing my equipment, Thank you for your professionalism and conversation throughout the day. Family run. Extremely professional. They took the time to educate me about our new system. Wisdom teaches you never throw good money after bad money. Sometimes a cheap repair is a bandaid. I'm very pleased.

When I told them that I did not like having a wire run out my window to my AC unit from my thermostat, they offered to undo their work and leave me without a thermostat and with wires sticking out of my wall. It has been that way for over a month now. They also, somehow, removed my one-star review. Oh, he did give me the thermostat for free after all my disagreeing with him. He sat on my front porch until I signed his paper. If the warranty company would read, I signed that I was not happy but I had to sign to get him off my porch. Do not hire them!

This gentleman is very knowledgeable and professional.Fixed my heating problem in about an half hour from start to finish.pricing is also reasonable.Thx Robert

Good work, fast service, didn't appreciate being told he'd charge $335.00 for parts and labor after he'd purchased the part then being charged $375.00. This is not a price I would've agreed to with my dyi skills. Be careful.
