GFM Handyman Services, LLC

Excellent job from start to finish. He and his co-worker worked so well together and problem solved tricky issues that were due to the builder’s poor job. Very happy with the end result.

Acted most professional while providing, very fair priced, high quality work on time as promised. Works with a sense of purpose and listens to what is asked for. This craftsman is a hard working true gentleman.

Gerard does excellent work at a fair price. He even makes recommendations that can save you money. As a bonus he is nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely be hiring him for additional work.

Polite, professional, on time and reasonable. He responds quickly when you call or text. I just can't say enough about him. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He worked around my schedule with no issue. Would definitely work with him again and recommend him to my friends.

Knowledgable and efficient

Second experience with Gerard and like the first job he did for us (and why we called him again), it was a great experience. All work was done in timely, professional, and personable manner, with great attention paid to every detail. My wife and I own several properties and when the next project comes up, we will be calling Gerard again. Nice to work with a craftsman.

Gerard is professional courteous and is always on time and he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Nice guy know what he’s doing! Fast & effective

He was very nice & got the job done!

Garod, was on time and squeeze me in to his busy schedule, although a small job he fix it in no time and works likes newð will definitely hire him again. Thanks Garod

We hired him to install a new front door in our home. He assured us when he ordered the door that we picked out that it would come painted so after I paid for it and it was delivered we found it was not painted like he assured us it would be. Then he charged us $250 to paint it Even though he assured us it would come painted. When I took the matter up with him regarding the paint and the shutters tract that he took down he told me I was dwelling and complaining about a few bucks and that I should not complain while I am having a pool installed that cost a lot of money. The money I spend on the rest of my house is none of his business and should have nothing to do with what he charges me. He even through a couple hundred bucks in my bill and when I questioned him about it he said it was for him running back-and-forth. I should have been told about this extra couple hundred bucks before he put it on my bill. Needless to say we will not be using him again. You never know what you are going to get from him. I wish I can put pictures up

He fixed my sticking door very god, no more sticking!!! and fixed my outside screen door,

Prompt and experienced

Gerard is honest and reliable. The work he does is very reasonably priced, specially for the quality of work and the materials he uses. Great construction company. If you are looking for a reliable contractor and someone that knows what they are doing , and giving you a fair price for your remodeling this company is definitely the place to reach out to. Gerard did everything he promised and then some. I could not be any happier. Fred Menschner in Vero Beach, Florida.

Gerard was a congenial professional who applied high quality craftsmanship in his approach to repairing/replacing and finishing (painting/caulking) some 40' of custom sill that was moisture damaged (dry rot). The finished sill is an ideal replacement and blends in perfectly with the current multi-window border enclosing our lanai. We're delighted with the results and would recommend GFM Handyman Services without reservation. Gerard did exactly what he said he would do in a timely and efficient manner and was a pleasure to work with.
