The handyman couldn't mount the TV. Even after finding instructions for him he still couldn't do it. The grout he installed was also not sealed so it is already chipping after a few days. He installed a furniture tie incorrectly as well.

Professional, timely, but pricey---$350 for 2 hrs work.

I'm a landlord, so I can only rate the customer service and value first hand ... customer service was top-notch. I don't have a good idea of what grout repair should cost, but I thought it was very reasonable. My tenants said the workers were professional and that the job looked good.

Gustavo gave a very competitive estimate and showed up to do the work in a timely manner. He did a good job taking up, cleaning, and relaying existing tiles. However, there was a whole section of tiles that he did not take care of - he felt it was more work than he had estimated. The final cleaning was not up to professional standards, he expected my normal cleaning service to do the final cleaning of the grout and my exterior was not cleaned at all. He did give a verbal estimate of an additional 47% to do the remaining tiles. However, his office sent an email afterwards raising the estimate to 60% of the original estimate.

Mr Gomez came promptly to give an estimate and showed up on time to do the work. The work was very good quality.

Very responsive - they were willing to come on a Sunday to give us an estimate. Offered options for more or less comprehensive repairs depending on the extent of the damage (which they wouldn't know until they started work). Estimates seemed reasonable for the work performed, and they also repaired a hole in the ceiling (cut by another service provider in order to determine the cause of the problem) at no additional charge. G&G Contractor completed the job promptly and the tile work looks great.

I would definitely hire Gustavo again for specific jobs; the painting job we requested wasn't as professional as I would have hoped but Gustavo remedied the problem by bringing in a 2nd painter the following day to correct problems. We also had our bathroom vanities and tub recaulked & areas painted; nail pops repaired throughout Master Suite; light fixtures installed; and Gustavo cleaned out one of our gutters that was clogged at no additional charge. For the man hours required to complete the jobs, the price was very fair. Thanks, Gustavo; we appreciate the good work and your flexibilty.

45 minutes after we submitted a request on-line we received a call from CG; this was the evening of 23 DEC 10. CG agreed to have their workers on site at 10am on Christmas Eve... the guys were ten minutes late but they were professional, courteous, and worked quickly. CG quoted us that the job (half a two-story duplex gutters) would be cleaned for under $100. Gustavo did the job for $80 and on-site agreed to clean our neighbors gutters for $100 (which had not been cleaned in "19 years" according to our neighbor). Gustavo and co-worker didn't dump the guttersnot on our lawn but instead put it in bags and into the trash. Top-notch!

I needed someone immediately and Gustav came out to my house within a half an hour. He even fixed a couple extra things on my gutters without charging me extra. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
