They did a good job . They did follow up but at first it seemed that there was some confusion as to who I was when I tried to call them about a concern I had. The main office is in San Antonio and that seems to be a problem in communications with the local tech. I am still not completely sure the problem is fixed because the air conditioner still acts up when I turn the temperature down . I'm waiting to see before I call them back.

My agent's name was Joe and he was outstanding. Made the effort to come out to my house at 6:00 am because I worked graveyard shift. He was respectful and friendly and he got the job done in record time. I intend to use him for my heating and cooling maintenance.
